I love you boys so much, and I have missed you dearly the last 7 weeks.   I will always be here for you.

Mummy has issues with me as her husband…, -and that is problem for Mummy and Papa to solve as adults.  It does not relate to you as children.  Importantly you will not have to choose between Mummy or Papa as a parent.  We are both parents to you, and it is not your responsibility to choose one or other, nor are you old enough to make such a fateful decision.

Mummy and Papa are going to have to solve many big problems, some of which are unknown at this point.  It may take months or years for these problems to be solved, but know that your well-being is paramount, and we will both take care of you.

The police and the government may get involved in the conflict between Mummy and Papa. It is not your responsibility to get involved in such a serious conflict.  You will be safe, and cared for even as Mummy and Papa battle for rationality and truth.

I am truly sorry you have to endure this battle, but I will fight for truth, morality and virtuous behavior.  I will never leave you, nor will I ever stop loving you.  I am unconditionally devoted to you.
