Final Outcome

Reunification or Redemption? Does the child ever wake up, and return to the loving parent? And does the pathological parent ever acknowledge the damage they caused to their own child?

Madi

Dr. Bernet says reunification is rare, only about 10% of children are released from their abuser, and escape. The other 90% continue to live in fear and tyranny and never wake up to reality.. It is better to be realistic, and recognize the damage, than live in false hope.

Nobody wants to face the realism of this situation, and that it is happening to millions of children at mild levels. The children do not wake up, nor do the predator parents apologize or find a path towards redemption. In fact, the whole situation is buried from view. That is the common path forward.

When an alienated parent does not give up on the children, and exposes the deceptions and consequences of the predator parent, then the situation get worse. The amount it gets worse depends upon how much the deceptions are exposed. It is all about the lies. The pathological parent doubles down on the lies when exposed, and increases the sequestering of the children. If the alienated parent pushes hard enough to get a “public exposure” of the situation, then violence is almost always the result. Suicide, death and imprisonment are far more likely outcomes if the Parental Alienation is exposed, than the child will wake up.

Murders like John Mast happen every week due to the crimes of parental alienation being exposed in public. The shame of predator parent causes them to resort to violence, rather than acknowledge their actions. It is human nature.
